Job Title: Office Manager (Bookkeeping Focus)
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: $22/hr+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility to work additional hours as needed)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong bookkeeping skills to support daily office operations and financial processes. This role serves as a central administrative and accounting support position, requiring proficiency in QuickBooks and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, supplies, and general administrative functions.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Process payroll and maintain financial records.
Complete bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
Support internal staff and coordinate office activities.
Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements:

Fluent English required.
Minimum 5 years of QuickBooks experience.
At least 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Experience managing office equipment and administrative systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
