Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+ per hour (DOE)

Work Environment (Important):
This is a non-climate-controlled facility. The building stays very warm year-round due to ovens, especially during summer months.
Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to unload incoming raw materials.
Verify paperwork and inspect received materials.
Receive inventory into ERP system.
Load and cut sheet material using hydraulic shear.
Saw and cut extrusion/bar stock to size.
Issue materials to production jobs in ERP.
Maintain inventory accuracy and organized workspace (5S).

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th.
Strong math skills and unit conversions.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs with or without assistance.
Ability to identify metal types, grades, and thicknesses.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.

Preferred Experience:

Hydraulic shear, table saw, or chop saw operation.
Forklift operation.
Following production schedules.
Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
Safety and quality-focused mindset.

Additional Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Must meet ITAR U.S. person status requirements.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Dress Code:

Shorts must reach the knee.
Tennis shoes allowed.
