Immediate Hiring – Experienced Manual Machinists
Earn $26–$32/hour working as a Manual Machinist with a leading precision repair and oilfield equipment repair facility in Odessa, TX. We're looking for experienced machinists who enjoy rebuilding mechanical components and operating manual lathes and manual milling machines in a stable, full-time position.

Pay: $26.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- Full-Time.
- Monday–Friday.
- Overtime available.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes, manual milling machines, drill presses, and other machining equipment.
- Repair and rebuild valves, hydraulic cylinders, and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Machine parts to precise specifications and tight tolerances.
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components used in the oil & gas industry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
We are seeking experienced Manual Machinists, Conventional Machinists, Manual Lathe Machinists, and Manual Mill Machinists with experience in precision machining, machine shop operations, blueprint reading, oilfield equipment repair, hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, and precision measuring tools.
- 3+ years of manual machining experience.
- Experience operating manual lathes and manual milling machines.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Oilfield equipment repair experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
