Job Information:
  • Location: North Ft. Worth 76106.
  • Hours: 7am-4pm, M-F. Overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Pay Rate: $20-24 DOE.
  • Duration: Temp to perm.
  • Requirements: EXPERIENCE, pass a drug test, No current probation or parole, no sexual offense or death related offenses. No felonies within the last 7 years.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidate's will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or fabrication of parts.
  • Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any facility-related concerns.

Skills:
  • Proficient in electrical systems with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automated systems management.
  • Experience with welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance, demonstrating a proactive approach to upkeep.
  • Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for electrical testing is a plus.
