Job Overview:
We’re hiring an Inside Industrial Sales Representative to help customers with bearings, seals, belts, motors, and power‑transmission products. You’ll provide technical support, create quotes, process orders, and help customers choose the right parts. Mechanical aptitude + strong communication is key.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers by phone, email, and walk‑ins.
- Recommend bearings, belts, seals, motors, and PT components.
- Create quotes and process sales orders.
- Check stock and coordinate with the warehouse for accurate deliveries.
- Use calipers/measuring tools to confirm specs.
- Identify sales opportunities and support outside sales.
- Help with inventory, stocking, pulling orders, and returns as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years in industrial, mechanical, automotive, or customer service (will train if mechanically inclined).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components (bearings, motors, VFDs, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
