Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers during the shipping and receiving process of privately owned vehicles (POVs). This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing documentation, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance throughout the vehicle shipping and receiving process.
- Answer customer questions and provide clear instructions regarding documentation and procedures.
- Process and verify vehicle paperwork and related documentation.
- Scan and upload photos, inspection sheets, and customs forms into the system.
- Perform basic vehicle checks including mileage, fuel level, and cleanliness.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Create and maintain customer files and manage vehicle key handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic data entry and computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
