Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily call-center and administrative operations within a fast-paced distribution center. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and delivery coordination, working closely with internal warehouse and transportation teams.
This is an on-site, entry-level to early-career role. Training on internal systems is provided.
Available Work Schedules:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM:
- Monday – Friday
- Tuesday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM:
- Monday – Friday
- Tuesday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Research order status and delivery information using internal systems.
- Confirm delivery windows and communicate expectations clearly.
- Document call notes, updates, and service issues accurately.
- Complete daily paperwork and basic data entry.
- Assist with routine reports and information tracking as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, dispatch, and leadership teams.
- Participate in cross-training and team knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
- Perform additional routine duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Customer service or call-center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers for email, data entry, and system navigation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Training on all internal systems will be provided.
