Job Title: Cable Assembler
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hr
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Overview:
We are hiring Cable Assemblers to support production by building cable assemblies according to specifications using hand tools and testing equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cables following work instructions and specifications.
  • Use crimping machines, soldering irons, wire stripping tools, and cable testers.
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety and production guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working with small components and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Cable assembly or wiring experience.
  • Crimping and testing experience.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with strong visual accuracy (corrected vision acceptable).
  • Experience using basic hand tools.
